Privacy Policy
Enviossperu, identified with Tax ID 20612348975 and fiscal domicile at Av. Javier Prado Este 5450, San Isidro, Lima, Peru, values the trust you place in our platform. This Policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in compliance with Law No. 29733, the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Enviossperu, registered under Electronic Entry No. 14127893 of SUNARP. Any enquiry may be addressed to the Data Protection Officer at privacidad@enviossperu.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide voluntarily when completing the subscription form: full name, email address and, optionally, region of residence. We also record anonymous technical information such as browser type, IP address and access date, exclusively for statistical purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to send you the official guide you requested, invite you to information sessions, communicate news about the financial education programme and produce aggregate impact reports. We will never use your data for commercial purposes unrelated to the programme nor transfer it to third parties without your express consent.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on the free, express and informed consent you grant by submitting the form, as well as on the legitimate interest of Enviossperu in fulfilling its mission of financial inclusion, in accordance with article 14 of Law No. 29733.
5. Data retention
We will keep your personal data for a maximum period of five (5) years from your last interaction with the platform. Once this period has elapsed, your data will be blocked and subsequently deleted, unless a legal obligation requires its conservation.
6. Your ARCO rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), as well as the right to portability and to withdraw consent. To do so, send a request to privacidad@enviossperu.com attaching a copy of your identity document. We will respond within a maximum of twenty (20) business days.
7. Information security
We apply technical, organisational and legal measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, storage on servers located in Peruvian territory and annual security audits.
8. Supervisory authority
If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Peru.
